1. Admission Rules
- Admission is granted subject to verification of all required documents.
- Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Transfer Certificate (where applicable), and passport-size photographs are mandatory.
- Admission once granted is not transferable.
- Submission of incorrect information or forged documents may result in cancellation of admission.
2. Attendance
- Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance during the academic session.
- Students should reach school before the reporting time.
- Repeated late arrival will invite disciplinary action.
- Leave should be applied for in writing by the parent/guardian.
- Absence without prior information for several consecutive days may lead to removal of the student's name from the rolls, subject to school rules.
3. School Uniform
- Students must wear the prescribed school uniform every day.
- Uniform should be clean, neat, and properly ironed.
- Shoes must be polished.
- Hair should be neat and properly groomed.
- Fancy hairstyles, hair colouring, nail polish, jewellery, and makeup are not permitted.
4. Identity Card
- Every student must carry the school Identity Card daily.
- Loss of the Identity Card should be reported immediately.
- A duplicate Identity Card will be issued after payment of the prescribed fee.
5. Discipline
- Students must maintain discipline inside and outside the school campus.
- Respect towards teachers, staff, classmates, and school property is compulsory.
- Bullying, ragging, abusive language, fighting, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to school property must be compensated by the student/parent.
6. Mobile Phones & Electronic Gadgets
- Mobile phones, smart watches, earphones, cameras, and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by the school.
- Confiscated items will be returned only to parents as per school policy.
7. Homework & Academics
- Students must complete homework and assignments on time.
- Parents should regularly check the school diary.
- Students must bring books and notebooks according to the timetable.
8. Examinations
- Attendance in all examinations is compulsory.
- No re-examination will ordinarily be conducted for absentees.
- Students found using unfair means will face disciplinary action.
- Promotion will be based on school assessment and applicable board guidelines.
9. Fee Rules
- School fees must be paid on or before the due date.
- Late payment may attract a late fee.
- Non-payment of fees may result in withholding of report cards, examination, or other school services as per school policy.
- Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except where specifically provided by the school.
10. Transport Rules
- Students using school transport must follow all bus safety rules.
- They should remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
- Parents should ensure timely reporting at the designated stop.
- Any change in transport facility should be informed to the school office in writing.
11. Safety & Security
- Students should immediately report any accident, illness, or safety concern to the class teacher.
- Bringing sharp objects, firecrackers, tobacco, alcohol, intoxicants, or any dangerous material to school is strictly prohibited.
- The school follows child safety and protection guidelines.
12. Health & Hygiene
- Students suffering from contagious diseases should not attend school until medically fit.
- Parents should inform the school about any serious medical condition or allergy.
- Healthy eating habits are encouraged.
13. Parent Responsibilities
- Parents should attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) regularly.
- They should update the school regarding any change in address, phone number, or emergency contact details.
- Parents should avoid meeting teachers during teaching hours without prior appointment.
- They should support the school's disciplinary and academic policies.
14. School Property
- Students must take proper care of school furniture, library books, laboratory equipment, and sports materials.
- Any loss or damage caused intentionally will be recovered from the concerned student.
15. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Be punctual and regular.
- Speak politely and respectfully.
- Maintain cleanliness.
- Follow instructions given by teachers.
- Participate actively in academic and co-curricular activities.
- Uphold the dignity and reputation of the school.
16. General Rules
- The Principal's decision in all matters related to discipline and administration shall be final.
- The school reserves the right to amend or modify these rules whenever necessary.
- Parents and students are expected to comply with all rules issued by the school from time to time through circulars, notices, or the school website.
